General Ledger file format is incorrect after generating GL file

This is only applicable where the general ledger file is setup to output as a .csv file type.

This issue is caused by the use of a comma in the one of the user entered fields of a trip such as the trip description.

The use of a comma here will result in .csv file reading this as a delimiter or separator and assume an extra column is to be added.

A manual adjustment is required to the file to resolve the issue with that specific file. In the long term, claimants should not enter a comma in their trip description. This can also be reviewed at approval stage.
