Native App shows all cost centres instead of the claimant's default cost centre

Change the Native App to only show a claimants default cost centre.

Portal

In Portal the parameter 'ex_input_ro_cc' can be enabled to remove the ability to select a different Cost Centre.

  1. Go to the Administrator Dashboard and click the Site Manager tab.

  2. Open the Admin Settings option.

  3. Search for the parameter ex_input_ro_cc.

  4. Expand the 3-dot menu and click Edit.

  5. Update to Y and click OK.

Back Office

In Back Office, the setting Cost Centre Pop Up List can be disabled to remove the ability to select a different Cost Centre.

  1. Go to Back Office, Core Expense, Reference S-Z, System Parameters, ESS Params.

  2. Untick Cost Centre Pop Up List.

  3. Click Save.
