If you've set up a new project code in back office, but employees can't select this project code in portal when creating an expense, check the Analysis Code settings.
To resolve this, follow the steps below in back office.
Click Core Expense, then click Reference.
Click Reference A-B, then click Analysis Code 1.
This can differ depending on your environment, so select the relevant code
To add a new code, click the add
icon.
In the Analysis Code 1 Code field, enter the analysis code.
In the Description Field, enter the new code description.
In the Analysis Code field, enter the code.
Click the company
icon.
In the Code field, Tab out on your keyboard, and the code will automatically populate.
In the Company Code field, add the company.
Click the save
icon.
