Delete a claim from a trip

A claim attached to a trip that is at a status of PAID cannot be deleted. However if the trip is at processed the claim can be deleted.

To delete a claim, a support analyst will have to run in an update. Please raise a new support case referencing this article and provide the claim number to be deleted.
