If you're conducting an expense run and the subsistence rate generated for the trips is incorrect even though the subsistence rates have been updated with the new rates, it is because the expense trips were entered before the subsistence rates changed.
The new subsistence rates cannot be picked up by the system as the expense trip has already been logged. The expense trip will need to be rejected in back office and the employee will have to create a new expense trip in order for the system to pick up the new subsistence rates.
