Allow employees to view their P11D statement (UK)

Steps to add the P11D widget to the employee dashboard.

If you decide to enable your employees to view their P11D statements, you can add the P11D widget to their employee dashboard in portal.

Assign the P11D widget

To update the employee dashboard configuration, follow the steps below:

  1. From the dashboard menu, click Dashboard Configuration.

  2. From the Select Dashboard list, select Employee Dashboard.

    πŸ€“ Tip: The screen lists the current employee dashboard tabs and available tab widgets.

  3. Under Dashboard Tabs, highlight the tab where you would like to add the P11D widget.

  4. In the Search Widgets field, search for P11d Documents.

  5. Enable the Selected toggle.

  6. Enter the position you want the widget to appear on the tab.

Your employees can now view the P11D widget in their Employee Dashboard.


Data Access

The data access is per payroll data security rules, such as by pay group and input location. Before you release the P11D, ensure you have access to the relevant pay groups and input locations.

Now that you've added the P11D widget to the employees' dashboard, you can release the P11D statements.
