P11D data not populating for employees in portal

The P11D report for an employee shows either no data or data figures that are out of place.

The reason this occurs is because the P11D report needs to be re-generated. You can resolve this by following the below steps.

  1. Generate the P11D again in back office. This will clear down all data in portal.

  2. Go to Portal, then search for People Management.

  3. Click Data Centre, then People Management.

  4. Search for and select Release P11D.

  5. Enter the Company, Employee (Leave blank for all employees), and year.

  6. Click Release.
