Change the body of an expense email notification

Modify an expense email notification that informs employees or managers about the status of submitted, approved, or rejected trips.

To modify the body of an email notification for trips submitted, approved, or rejected in Core Expense for employees or managers, follow the steps below in the back office.

  1. Click Core Expense, then click ESS.

  2. Click On Line Mail Type.

  3. Scroll down to the email notification you wish to update.

  4. In the Email Subject/Body field, update the body of the notification.

  5. Check that the On/OFF field is selected.

  6. To save this, click the save Save icon icon.
