To view the reference menu options in back office, you need to enable each option in Portal. Each reference menu has its own separate option, which controls the reference menu options in back office.
To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.
Enable reference menu option
To enable the reference menu option in Portal, follow these steps.
From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.
Click Menu Profiles.
In the search field, search for the menu profile EXP_MASTER.
Click
icon, then select Manage Menu Options.
In the search field, search for the following menu options:
Reference A-B: REFERENCE MENU-REFERENCE A-B
Reference C-C : REFERENCE MENU-REFERENCE C-C
Reference D-L : REFERENCE MENU-REFERENCE D-L
Reference M-R : REFERENCE MENU-REFERENCE M-R
Reference S-Z : REFERENCE MENU-REFERENCE S-Z
Set menu option to Active.
Once the feature is enabled, employees will have access to all reference options.
π Note: Any employee with access to the menu profile EXP_MASTER will be able to view all of these reference options.
Menu option active for employee
After enabling the menu option, check if the menu option is active for the back office user.
To do this, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.
Click User Management.
In the search field, enter the employee number.
From the drop down menu, select All Back Office Accounts.
Click the three - dot
icon, then select Manage Menu Options.
Click Menu Profiles, then in the search field, enter EXP_MASTER.
Check the employee has the menu profile EXP_MASTER enabled.
