To reject individual expenses before they are committed to payroll, you need to make adjustments on the approval processing screen. To do this, follow the steps below in back office.
Before you run the validation in an expense run, do the following.
Click Core Expense, then click Input.
Click Approval Processing.
In the Expense Group field, enter the expense group number.
Highlight the claim number and select either the approve or reject checkbox.
To save this, click the save
icon.
