Unable to submit an expense on native app

The system requests the employee's car registration after the employee has added an expense and attempts to submit.

To submit an expense without car registration on the native app, the following menu option 'Get approvers' needs to be active under the following menu profile 'COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE' or 'COREPORTAL_MOBILE' .

This option needs to be enabled in order for the claimant to submit expenses without providing any car registration.
