To make the insurance field mandatory for the Car Approval screen, you'll need to enable the insurance parameter in portal.
To do this, follow the steps below in portal.
From the dashboard menu, click Administrator Dashboard.
Click Site Manager, then click Admin Settings.
In the Search field, search for the parameter ex_veh_mand_ins_class.
Click Edit, then update the current value to Y.
Click OK.
