Only the manager has access to the receipt for trips on portal. This can be viewed when they are approving the trip on portal.

To view previous claim receipts, go to back office Core Expense, Enquiry, Expense Trip Enquiry , search by claimant number. Click on the trip IDs, then locate 'trip detail,' which will lead you to another screen where you can check the receipt by clicking the "view receipt " option.
