When a back office user attempts to access the Expense System Users screen, the following error appears: ERROR - Invalid expense group code...

If you see the above error when attempting to access the System Users screen in PeopleXD Expense, it means the back office user doesn't have access.

To resolve this, another back office user with access will need to set up the affected user's back office username on the System Users screen, under the relevant expense group and input location.
