When a back office user attempts to view a trip and the above error appears, this is because a line on the trip has a value that is too long in the To Location or From Location field.
This issue will not cause any problems with accessing the trip. You can still proceed by clicking OK on the error message.
📌 Note: This error may appear multiple times for a single trip, depending on the number of lines included in the trip.
