Advance payment not linking to expense claim

It is possible that the claim did not attach to the advance because of the date the trip was entered.

If the advance has a repayment date in future then any expenses entered before that date won't be used to clear down the advance. Only Expenses that are entered on or after this future date will be used to clear down the advance.
